Is it necessary to come to your agency before check-in in the Hotel
 It is not necessary to come to our agency, with our confirmation we send you the voucher which must be presented at the time of check-in, it includes all informations about the reservation: name, surname, check-in, check-out, number of persons, type of rooms requested and the price. In the case you reserved an apartment with us check-in must by in our office, becouse a lot of buildings are not with a reception. 
We would like to reserve a apartment but our arrival in Prague is after opening hours of your agency. Are there any problems for check-in
 If your arrival is in the evening it is necessary to inform in advance our personnel. Our priority is that we are flexible in opening hours, every your request will be held individually. Due to our services offered and our disponibility we can be proud about the clients which are every time very satisfate.
